Altimate Group accelerates security growth plans by appointing Group Security Business Development Manager

Altimate Group today announced the appointment of Troy Theobald as their new Group Business Development Manager for Security. Troy joins Altimate from security vendor Barracuda and brings an impressive track record in Channel Development and Distribution.
 
Based in the UK but responsible for EMEA activities, Troy will be spending the majority of his time helping Altimate take advantage of its recent win as the VAD for the Symantec Enterprise Security portfolio as well as developing new security vendors across the Altimate group.
 
Troy will be a key component in working closely with each Country Manager to introduce best practice and maximizing the potential of existing vendors. In addition he will help in identifying the best and emerging security vendors who would benefit from the Altimate's strong reputation and excellent channel relationships in the Security space.
