ALTIMATE expands activities in United Kingdom and in Ireland by aquiring CODEWORK.

"Today, our CEO Patrice Arzillier announced the aquisition of CODEWORK "I am proud to announce that ALTIMATE Group is continuing its drive for development through external growth and has acquired the English company CODEWORK, Value Added Distributor in IT Infrastructure Management and IT Security.

This expansion of our activities in United Kingdom and in Ireland is signaling not only an important step for our place as European actor, but also is strengthening partnership in a significant way with Symantec, especially for Altiris and Security platforms."

Established in 1997 Codework has a profound expertise in advanced computer technologies which covers infrastructure management, security, internet restriction and reporting, encryption and data loss prevention. It’s sales turnover is about £14m. Dyvesh Lakhani Codework founder and Managing Director, explains that in addition of the Symantec partnership reinforcement, the integrating of his company within Altimate is giving him support and means to accelerate development more especially in the Storage and Security market.
